"The floors were dirty, the trash not emptied, no hot water, no tv receptio, the room smelled, and I found an unopened condom on the floor behind the entry door. What a dump! I'm never staying there again. "

"We had a wonderful day at Gettysburg. When we got to the property, our room was very warm. The air conditioning did not work at all. The Internet did not work. There was no television. We did turn it into the owner. Who sent somebody at 8:45 PM. They weren’t able to fix it or the Internet in the other rooms. The entire house had an issue with Internet and TV. The person who came stated that we would get a partial refund. We never got an apology even from the owner. I realize things happen. I would’ve thought the owner could’ve at least made it right in some manner. If I ever return back to Gettysburg, it will not I will not stay there. I thought it was very poor customer service."
