We had an initial glitch when we arrived as someone was already in the pod we had been allocated & weren't very welcoming to us. After a quick phone call to the owners all was resolved very quickly"

Little extras such as magnifying mirror, room spray and to go breakfast. Really would recommend and we would certainly stay again but for longer. Really lovely little gem! "

"This was a lovely place to spend 3 nights. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated, but were spotlessly clean and well serviced during the stay. All staff were suberb, from check in to bar staff, including one who helped me with a minor key problem while not actually working. Superb location for cathedral, shopping and river. I can't comment on the food as it suited me to eat elsewhere."
