"The hotel was what I have always expected but seldom got. Everything was excellent!"

"The hotel was nice, but when our room was cleaned, we did get sheets with blood stains. Staff didn't offer anything except to tell management. "

"Our room wasn’t ready to use the self check in kiosk. When we finally got to the counter they didn’t have a room ready for us at 10pm at night. Rep finally found us one. Couldn’t find a kiosk to check out and line was too long. Spent a hour on hold in the phone just to check out because we had to get to airport. Overall loved the hotel and would be back but there needs to be better customer service or improve self service. "

"Loved it on in a prime location. View were amazing. Did lots of walking, exploring. The rooms were pretty nice..some had chipped wood on parts of room but that was minimal. "

"My room was on the 10th floor. Not sure if there was a ventilation system nearby but it was so loud I could not sleep. The hum was considerate and got louder as the night progressed. "
