"I have always stayed here in the past. Staff? Now it is self check in and when you ask the actual person directing people to check themselves in, they don't answer your questions. Day 2 of my stay, no water. When it finally came back on, there was so much black stuff in the lines, it was disgusting. Pool area was being remodeled, and it is understandable, but there wasn't any warning that the pools would be under repair. They have taken the customer service out of their checkin process and make you check yourself in, and the issue with the water and the black stuff in the water when it was finally turned back on, even after letting the water run for a long period of time really makes me question if this property will continue to be my hotel of choice on my future visits to Vegas."
