"The downtown location was convenient, but the hotel itself could stand some refurbishments. The carpet in the hallway, and our room, was worn and stained. The paint on the doors was chipped in multiple places. Housekeeping was only offered upon request. The front desk employees were friendly and trying very hard to provide elevated service, but the hotel was just average. "

"Okay hotel if looking for one night by airport. We were in the area for a couple of days to visit sites…A/C didn’t cool room, outlet was missing cover, internet (wifi) wasn’t working."

"Loved the hotel and our room nice and spacious. Garage parking definitely worth it. The only issue for us was breakfast. We stayed 4 days 3 nights and out of all those nights we were only able to eat one full breakfast provided (which by the way wonderful selection of choices) as soon as we got to breakfast people were loading their plates with bacon and eggs and gravy as soon as the staff would put more many would rush to go back for seconds. I understand this is not the hotels fault but it would be nice if it could possibly be monitored. Especially since we were there for our child’s choir conference and many of our kids had no breakfast before they had to be at their early morning rehearsal at the convention center "

"Sheets were not changed after the last persons stay. Blood on sheets dirty underwear tucked under the sheets. Clean better"

"Hotel was ok, when you walk in the hotel it smells nice & clean had a fresh smell. The room didn't smell like the lobby, the room & floor smelled musty & stale even though it was clean. Definitely need ice buckets the one in my room look like it's never been cleaned. And those stink bugs 3 of them i manage to get 2. It doesn't have any curb appeal. But overall the hotel was ok. I'm an avid traveler, I've been to several different Hyatt's this one out of 5 i would give a 3..."

"We had a nice time staying here, easy to Uber to Beale street. The hotel staff were great. Great service at the bar/restaurant. The valet parking was very easy and we could see our vehicle from the lobby. The old elevator was really cool, however; we did get stuck for a brief moment as the doors did not open (just one time) . Across from the event center so that was very convenient since we were there for work."
