After almost 45 minute (not exaggerating) the staff at the reception finally found our reservation. Although I shared the print out of my reservation, they had issues and two and three staff had to get involved. Taj Lands End
Everything was at its best.They also gave me a better room as per my wish. Staff is very effecient & courtious, very helpful and undrstanding. Food is excellent.

Pinaki Comfort Stay, Vile Parle - Near Airport
Cockroaches in kitchen bathroom and rooms. The helping staff is very odd, its as if you are a hindrance in their space. Very odd feeling while staying there. Only USP is the location.
