"Amazing hotel experience and the room was amazing. So much to offer around the area as well. "

"The Hyatt isn’t what it used to be. It may have been in an older room on the 11th floor but there were parts of the carpet that were a little sticky in the bathroom floor was sticky as well. I had to wipe it down. There was also long brown hair on the outside of the toilet basin. Got an early check in and the bar area was open and nice"

"The room was great, it was a suite and one of the doors was closed off but one call to the front desk and someone was sent to open it!"
