Overall, a great hotel with nice rooms, great rooftop and service. Only issue was parking, we had to find street parking which was a bit of a walk from the property.

Great parking and breakfast

Wonderful place with great service.

Lovely stay, really nice place

Lovely room, comfortable sleep and great location

It's located in high rise type neighbourhood ,found it easily on the GPS ,not a great area, but a good apartment, shower was very small in our room, the rest of the apartment was good, baby sized TV, had trouble locating the manager , nothing much in English , not able to work out which apartment was the manager,, I told them of this problem, when I checked in, was basically told I had not paid enough, with hotel.com reservation, the wifi was not good in our room, we had to sit in the dark stairwell...

This accommodation had an excellent location, just off a quiet street and felt very safe and secure. There was a lift to our place. The furniture was a little old and basic, but it suited our needs and the location made up for the "frugality" (e.g. no corkscrew, shower gel etc - unless you pay extra). But I shouldn't quibble as we had a great time!

All of the staff were so friendly and were so helpful with any request, even though we couldn’t speak Italian they would go above and beyond. The place was so close to the city and we just used the hotel bikes to ride around. We will definitely be staying here again if we make it back.
