We enjoyed an excellent room, great hospitality from wonderful staff, and a comfortable clean well-equipped room. Unfortunately there's a lot of dog feces on sidewalks, so watch your step!

Locating the property was easy. There was a great sushi spot within walking distance called Mill, I believe. Checkin went well. The apartment spelled of cigarettes and odor remover. Lots of space. Flat bed and pillows. Overall it provided what we needed.

Very spacious apartment. Receptionist was very nice. Bed very hard for us. Althrough the bathroom was large the shower was good, but a Shower Curtain is just not hygienic,also it was just jammed between the entry to shower, therefore the flooring would get extremely wet as it flapped about. Our apartment was " Deluxe L" The pictures on site are over staged. Aircon units on the balcony! Filthy! Floor layers of ground dust. Light bulbs missing. Door Shutter to block out sun in the early morning wasn't working, didn't know if it was even "there". TV well eventually gave up as to how it works. No English instructors for anything in apartment, or for recycling. Which was all over flowing in the streets. Just so sad no-one seems to have pride in the surrounding area. Supermarket close by, train station, can be seen from apartment, on 9th floor. Again no information regarding time tables for transport at reception. We did ask the gentleman. Its just too far away for tourists without a car. Regarding the surrounding area there were a lot of workers/ men hanging around the outside entrance, dirty papers and worst of all dog mess(poo). I believe the description of this accommodation is very far fetched, like others we have encountered. We would not recommend anyone going out

Appartamento in una posizione ottima. Parcheggi esterni non ha pagamento sempre disponibili. Camere molto pulite. Tutti i giorni cambio asciugamani e pulizia camere. Personale simpatico molto accogliente e gentilissimo. Cucina con tutyo l'indispensabile e molto funzionale. Consiglio veramente questa struttura. Ottimo qualita'prezzo e servizi.

Reservamos dos unidades. Una de ellas estuvo muy bien, (22) y la otra estuvo deficiente (15) Tebia mal olor, algunas paredes muy sucias, sobre todo en el baño, la unidad en general necesita una remodelación, algunas cortinas protectoras no se podían abrir.

部屋は綺麗でエリアも良かったですが、到着したら駐車場はなく、朝食もついていませんでした。エアコンからは水が漏れ、レザーの本カヴァ-にダメージを受けました。スタッフの方は丁寧の謝ってくれましたが、かといってそれに対するサービスはありませんでした。

Large, quiet, comfortable apartment.

Large, quiet, comfortable apartment with good amenities and a huge private balcony. The staff was super friendly and let us check in early and held our cases for us on the last day after check out. It is slightly out of town but considering how noisy Palermo can be this is a blessing if you're a light sleeper. It is, however, very close to a train station that goes to the airport and Palermo Central (though not on Sundays). Highly recommended if you want some peace a quiet when you come back from a day exploring the city.

I really liked this property because it was like a mix of a hotel and an apartment. It has a stove in the bedroom which was perfect for me because I had to quarantine here, but it has a great cleaning service and desk services just like a normal hotel. There is a luggage storage, and the staff were so friendly helping me out with printing, booking taxis, storage, answering all my questions, etc. The room is really spacious and private and comfortable. It is quite a walk from the centre of Palermo but there are plenty of amenities around the hotel, and a nice pizzeria. I would really recommend staying here.
