"Clean room. Friendly staff"

"Staff was very nice, helped me with my parking pass and early check in. The room was ok, but desperately needs upgrades features in the shower. I also hate the smell of smoke, it’s 2026, isn’t it time to get rid of smoking inside?!"

"Overbooked double queen rooms, then didn't offer anything to compensate for their mistake. Manager was rude and condescending when asked how we could make our situation work. He offered no solutions, other than to make my 17 year old athlete to sleep on the floor. Housekeeping didn't refill items requested, and when asked for those items waa told Housekeeping waa busy and i would need to get the items from the front desk. All amenities were under construction and had to walk to another casino to use their amenities yet waa charged a substantial "resort". Would NEVER stay at this hotel again!"
