Hotel is nice. Staff was friendly. However it took us 1hr to check in no kidding because we arrived late and there was a long line with only 2 people working at night.

Club Tahoe Resort
The carpet appears dirty. I notified the front desk, but they informed me that the property owner does not wish to replace it. Additionally, we are required to collect all garbage from the rooms and transport it to a dump two blocks away, while also lifting a very heavy trash container lid. I am ...
