"From the moment I walked into this beautiful hotel I was impressed. The decor is very opulent and the rooms are beautifully appointed. My room was gorgeous with hints of dark wood and gold accents. During my second day at this hotel a couple days later, I was in a suite which was also beautiful and comfortable. There is one issue, however, with the television as it did not work very well, and there was only one English speaking channel. After a day or so that channel no longer worked. I would advise management to maybe consider adding more channels for English speaking guests. The Staff, especially Minal, Fatima, Anas, Ahmad and Hussein were very helpful and always pleasant. The location was very walkable however it is on a very busy street. There are cafés and eateries nearby. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and absolutely delicious and I looked forward to it breakfast every single day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers to Casablanca. "

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel but full credit goes to Fatima at the front desk who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and made calls to organize and reschedule my private taxi. The one negative was on the day I was checking out Fatima wasn’t work and I spoke to Khadija to check on my taxi and she was unhelpful and refused to make the call to the taxi. A clear night and day service between the two. Nice property and Fatima is the standout star!"

"Above and beyond, the staff is very helpful for your stay. They do the extra length for your safety and accomodation concerns. The roof top is amazing, with awesome views, a pool and dining area. Our room was much more than expected. Very large and especially bright and comfortable.The breakfast had many options for anyone's taste. Also, a huge thank you and bonus with Maroua Hentati, Client services. She is well-mannered, charming and listens with a keen interest of our opinions. She made us feel at home and she is a great inspiration for this high class hotel of Casablanca. Actually, she represents every essence of the moroccan "vibe and feel". "Very clean rooms and friendly staff, great location if you don’t mind a walk to the waterfront. Was an issue with the booking from Wotif and the hotel didn’t have the booking or receipt of payment hopefully Wotif has sorted this out with the hotel as they could have charged me again."

"Perfect location. You come out of South Gate and walk 2 minutes to the hotel. I made a mistake by exiting through north gate of the terminal and paid taxi DH 40 for no reason. My room was bit small, but they do have options for bigger room, no fridge in my room, bigger rooms may have one, check with reception. There was also no locker in my room, but reception desk has one where I deposited my passport. There is tram T1 right across that takes you to old Medina and you have connections from there to other places. Tram T1 cost me DH 8 each way per person."
