The building is modern and stylish, and front door staff are friendly and helpful. Our first small disappointment, arriving from our overseas flight at 1:30pm, was no offer to even hold the luggage until the 3pm check-in, just sitting in the lobby with our bags. The TV wouldn’t turn on and 2 requests over 2 days to the front desk didn’t result in any action. One of the (almost new) windows was warped and didn’t fully close on one side, so the sound of passing trams and loud motorcycles, even conversations outside by the front door were hard to miss. Seeing the lack of staff interest, we didn’t bother reporting it however. Our only other interaction with desk staff was asking where to find a nearby postage stamp seller (they didn’t know, but we found one a block away) and they couldn’t suggest a place to post mail. The hotel was quite full with groups of training athletes, so perhaps individual travellers were just not a priority with the staff.

I stayed at Campanile Hotel 10days during my business trip. I would like to say my special thanks to Housekeeper-Mrs.Naima, Security-Mr. Samir and Mr.Abdurrahim and ladies at front desk who showed their hospitality, assistance and cooperation during my stay. I will prefer to stay again at the Campanile for my next trip because of these well educated, nice staff.

Good clean hotel

Good clean hotel. Easy to get to, it is about a 15minute walk from the main train station, Casa Voyageur. Easy to find as the tramline is in front of the hotel, so just follow the tramline! Room was comfortable, breakfast good.

Perfect, affordable and pristine.

Great location. Extremely clean. Staff is incredible (entrance is secure with a guard.) easy access to tram line and within walking distance to casa voyager train station. A++ stay and would stay again.
