10/10 Excellent
"Drury was top notch. Customer service was great. Really enjoyed saving money on food being able to eat 2 meals a day at the hotel. The free drinks was a bonus. Hotel Manager and Kitchen employee were both kind and supportive. "
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Colorado Springs AFA Northgate by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Check in was easy and quick. Our rooms were very nice with big tv, fridge, microwave and Keurig. All was clean. Bathroom and shower were good with nice soaps and lotions. Breakfast was good with so many options....oatmeal, bagels and toast, pancakes, eggs and sausage, including turkey sausage, egg white omelets and potatoes. Different to juices to select, decent coffee and good tea selection. I would stay here again."
Hampton Inn & Suites Colorado Springs/Air Force Academy
10/10 Excellent
"Spacious, clean and comfortable. Pool was also clean, kids were happy with the temp. Only complaint was we thought we booked a balcony per the Hotels.com photos associated with the room (Suite, Multiple beds). When we arrived the front desk staff told us it was a Hotels.com issue and they did not offer a double queen suite with a balcony. NOT an issue with the Hampton and staff offered to help where they could. Pleasant stay overall. We were well rested and enjoyed everything else about the hotel!"
