"We had a fabulous stay at Polaris Hotel. The staff was wonderful and honored our anniversary with a complimentary fruit tray! It was a wonderful touch after my husband’s afternoon at Ascend Spa. He came back refreshed and looking 10 years younger after his Salt stone massage and Upglow facial. We look forward to coming back and spending more time at the hotel, spa and dining!! Loved all of it! But especially the gorgeous mountain views!!"

"Our travel to the area included 3 adult siblings and their families, The space was the perfect fit for all 15 of us. We enjoyed meals at the large table and also on the deck. Having the basketball goal too provided many hours of entertainment. Plenty of parking for 4-5 cars that our family had at the location. Great stove and oven for all the family meals.Host was very responsive to text for necessary questions during the trip.Bear locking trash cans also exist at location. We would recommend and would also stay again at this location. We were able to observe deer throughout the days & evenings and even saw a black bear one evening. "

"We stayed here for a family reunion with 18 months up to 93 years old. Could not have been better for every guest. We never even considered leaving the property. We were missing some ping pong paddles and with one text to the property manager they were delivered within the hour ! Beautiful and very private "

"Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Property was very clean. The location was easy for us to travel to where we visited….Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Old Colorado City, Denver, Castle Rock outlet mall, etc. Nice grocery store nearby and a Starbucks nearby too. We had one issue which was taken care of quickly by maintenance. The boys loved the basement with the pool table and the hockey table. "

"This was the perfect place to celebrate our cadet’s graduation from the Air Force Academy. We were so excited - and it exceeded our expectations. Each level offered something unique, and the space was perfect for our 15 group. It was clean, spacious, beautifully maintained, and only 10 minutes from the Academy. We enjoyed beautiful rooftop views of Pikes Peak, had a billiards competition, watched movies in the theatre, and prepared a spectacular celebratory dinner for our graduate and guests in the gourmet kitchen! We’ll definitely be back! "

"The location to everything we wanted was perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable. We traveled with our Aussie, he loved the doggie door and the fenced back yard. Perfect for a small family and dog!"

"This lovely home had everything needed to keep our entire family of 18 happy (ages 1 - 73!). The home was nicely decorated for the holiday season with a beautiful Christmas Tree in the living room and other festive items spread about the house. Everyone enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, game room and theater room. The outdoor activites were fun too. We played frisbee golf and soccer, and gathered around the firepit to make Smores. The kitchen was a great gathering place with its adjacent family room. We appreciated that the home was well stocked with everything we needed from a pack and play and high chair to pool toys and towels to frisbees and soccer balls to plenty of dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Having two full fridges and a mini fridge in the game room helped accommodate all our holiday food. There was plenty of space for those who wanted to get away from the family chaos to those who wanted to be in the middle of it! The home reminded us of the large family home we had when all our children were still at home. It's nice to be able to rent a place large enough so that we can bring all our children with their spouses and their children together for Christmas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "
