"The picture is not the home we stayed at. Last minute change to Tropical Oasis home. This was a beautiful home, all you could want but loud tenants below us caused us extra stress due to a young child needing to sleep before their loud music was turned off. The property managers were prompt with our messages and phone calls. It was close to WEM and that was good. "

The listing was misleading — it gave the impression I was booking a private unit, when in reality it was just a single room in a shared space with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. That’s not what I was expecting, and it should have been made absolutely clear upfront.
