"I liked the property, the room and the beds. I had a very good and comfortable sleep. The hotel would have been perfect if there had been any hot water available from the bathroom sink in the evening to wash my hands and face. And on a cold winter morning, I would have preferred a warm shower to the frigid shower that was available. I was also very surprised that, when I checked out in the morning, the person at reception did not seem phased nor sympathetic when I told her that there was no hot water at any time of the day in our hotel room. It seemed as if she hears this news all the time. "

"The gentleman working reception was so sweet, the young lady working at the restaurant was awesome and so kind to my daughter. The hotel was so clean. The room was perfect. The pool, spa and sauna was amazing. Awesome water machine next to ice machine. We will definitely be back as we travel to Hamilton often. "
