"A warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist who also very kindly gave me a free upgrade! However the building is very dated and could do with a refurb. A word of warning that it is very loud outside throughout the night, appreciate that it’s also centrally located so that’s the trade off. Overall good stay for one night"

The young gentleman at the reception gave us outstanding service and honoured our VIP status that we had for Radisson (as they have just changed to Majestics hotels) Restaurant/breakfast managers lovely and very attentive and nice. Only one point, there was an American lady as staff member at breakfast (we saw her one day) let’s say she didn’t seem that she was enjoying her job as much… Everything else lovely , they cleaners lovely. Cannot fault anything Location great next to everything "

"It is well positioned for eating, drinking and theatre visits. Very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. If I had to say a negative, then it would be the shower, which was very weak I thought. But overall, I would recommend the Clayton."

"Totally recommend, wish we could have stayed longer, the most perfect location to the city everywhere in walking distance yet the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Exceptionally clean. Our room was facing the front yet never bothered by noise of traffic or people. Would happily stay again."
