"They had a busted water heater - and it meant no Hot Water - and they should have called people who where coming in late to inform them and or refund the rooms with no hot water throughout the Hotel. Mentioned it to the desk people and they said - "Yep, we know, so??" Just bad planning on their end - and if they didn't have hot water for 2 days - how did they clean thier breakfast pans?"

"Staff support lacking.Issue wirh cleanliness of room. Heat not working, was given a space heater that did not work. Then given another space heater instead of offering or providing a room change. There was suppose to be breakfast available wirh price. Not so. If homeless and seeking a roof over your head with no other options this hotel may be ok. If hoping for a clean, heated room with an edible breakfast this would not be. Also no response from Customer Support "

"This house is wonderfully decorated and beautifully remodeled. We had such a great experience here as we visited with six international foreign exchange students as we explored dallas. The game room was their favorite part, plenty of room to run outside and play as well, and we greatly enjoyed the wonderful lake view from the back porch and the boat dock area. While we had extraordinarily unusually warm winter for january, it was still not quite enough to enjoy the water.So we might just have to come back this summer!
