"The location was fantastic. We were just a couple blocks from the Green and Pink line on Clinton. There was a code to get into the building so it felt safe. The code to the door was great because there was no key to worry about since I had to work and my hubby was in and out of the apartment all day. "Street side this was about as safe as any Chicago neighborhood. Parking was 10/10, safe, secure and gated. The 3 flights up was expected, but the strong cat/pet urine odor the entire way up was not. Inside apt also has a very strong pet urine smell. No window covering in bathroom, can’t turn on bedroom light or it blinks, floor vent in kitchen easily moves to reveal gaping hole, heavily stained couch my teen had to sleep on. It was way too small unless a young child was sleeping on it. There...

"Our stay was great, the apartment was close to the bus line and the train. The beds were very comfortable and it was a good size for our family. It was nice to have the off street parking in the back although the rear entrance was a bit disheveled. The building was secure but not entirely sound proof, but that is expected in a basement appartment. I would stay here again on a trip to Chicago. "
