I love staying here. Its been my 4th year and best choice. I fly in to see my family. I enjoyed the remodel and all the modern amenities. The rooms look amazing. I've always enjoyed breakfast with my family in the dinning room. Cant wait to book my next visit. Oh the 2 bedroom suites are perfect its like an apartment. So spacious. Thetes basketball courts and a swimming pool with jacuzzi. Ive had a birthday party here for my daughter while we were visiting from texas. We used the grills and had a great time. Thank you homewood suites. Your loyal customer.

Room was clean, the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke though and I wasn’t told it was a smoking floor. Otherwise, I had a good experience.

I used the airport shuttle, which picked me up after calling in a prompt manner. Staff was good at communicating and helpful to my needs. The room was neat and spacious.

They have us a room that has a broken

Staff was ok. When checking in, there was one person ahead who was checking in multiple rooms. There was no one else there. I stood to the side. The check-in person pretty rudely told me I had to stand "in line behind him" I didn't appreciate the tone especially since there was no one else there. It took her over 20 minutes to get the guy who was with his band, all checked in. I could have been sitting relaxing instead of having to stand in line since it would be clear that I was next after him.
