"Great place to stay close to the airport. We needed an early shuttle to the airport, before breakfast was scheduled to start, but they allowed us to raid the pantry cabinet and get some pastries to take on the road with us. Very clean, very polite staff, nice restaurants just a block away. Free shuttle a definite plus."

"We had an amazing stay at the Kimpton Sawyer and would absolutely stay here again! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our entire stay. The amenities were great as well. We especially enjoyed their social hour from 5–6 PM, where they offered complimentary drinks and small appetizers. It was such a nice touch! The location was probably one of our favorite parts. Right outside the hotel is essentially an outdoor shopping and entertainment area with plenty of shops and restaurants. We even went to Escapology and had such a fun time, and there’s also a movie theater right there. There was so much to do without having to go far at all. Overall, we had such a great experience and were genuinely sad to leave. We definitely want to come back and would highly recommend the Kimpton Sawyer to anyone staying in Sacramento!"

"I think the bottom of the beds should be cleaned more often. My son lost his toy and that’s how I ended up seeing how dusty it was. It was a very thick layer of dust."

"The hotel staff are on point. very helpful. The area isn't the best and the front desk told me not to walk from old sac to my room. Great advise. Breakfast was one of the best I have had for a free breakfast, Keep up the great work. Not sure I will be back but not because of the staff or the room."
