The Paramount Hotel

"Overall, a solid 3 star hotel as advertised. Staff were all amazing! $10/night credit for their two restaurants was nice too. Issues I had: no on site microwave for reheating your leftovers after a night out. Shower water pressure and temperature were not great. On the last night of my stay on the 14th floor, I found a trail of ants coming in through a hole in the ground. I told the staff and they immediately put me up in another room, which was much appreciated. On a positive note: location is good for walking, so long as you mind your surroundings (as with any downtown of any city). Again, overall worth it for the price."

"Overall, my room was clean and comfortable. I did notice that the housekeeping service seemed a little disorganized during my stay, although the front desk staff was very helpful and responsive when I had questions or concerns. For breakfast, it would be wonderful to see a greater variety of fresh fruits offered. As a small suggestion for further improving the guest experience, the elevators could be mopped regularly and perhaps have some pleasant air fresheners added to keep them feeling fresh and welcoming."

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!"
