"Clean, comfortable, modern"

"The room and the bed were comfortable, the carpets needed stretching. we were placed in an accessible room, which was fine, but we noticed that the towels were located outside the bathroom. Perhaps they could find a way to store the towels inside the bathroom. they had a pool and a fitness center, but we were looking for a hot tub as well. Breakfast was available and was good, but it was extra and a little expensive. we appreciated being able to park on site during our trip, but the shuttle took greater than 35 minutes to arrive at the airport and we arrived at midnight. there were probably 10 or 12 people waiting at the same time. The driver of the shuttle, however, was very courteous and accommodating. The front desk staff knew that we were arriving late and did not give our room away, which we greatly appreciated since we arrived so late. The parking areas were also secure and we felt comfortable leaving our vehicle there for 10 days. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to travel."

"I booked this hotel for my son’s birthday weekend and specifically wanted two things: a pool and a decent complementary breakfast. The pool was fun for my kid and well-maintained with fresh towels on-hand. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked and of good variety, quality, and taste. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, even offering the birthday boy a free treat from the concession area. We parked on the street next to the hotel for a reasonable fee and had no issues. Overall, it surpassed my expectations and we all had a lovely time. "

"We were literally here for 10 hours. The aiport shuttle was super easy. The staff friendly and the room was just fine. Nothing special, but great for what we needed especially for the price. It looked like they had a nice indoor pool area, but we didn't get to take advantage of that. If you need a place near the airport definitely consider the Country Inn and Suites. "

"The evening reception was very nice. And so was the made-to-order omelet for breakfast. A very nice buffet. Our room was very comfortable. "

"I stayed in this Holiday Inn Hotel for 3 days with my family and my room never got cleaned. They only replaced the towel. When I approached the front desk I was told that I had to request for service to get it cleaned. So I was disappointed but next time I know to request for services which can be annoying. "
