Outdated property (needs remodeling). However, this is reflected in the pricing, iwhich was very reasonable. The view was spectacular. Rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. Good location. Spacious. Would recommend.

SUPERB Spacious efficiency suites overlook the bay
Worth the drive (and possible a bit of searching) to stay at this hilltop spread about five minutes outside of the city. It's so dark there at night, you'll see a star-filled sky show from the balcony. We enjoyed two fresh seafood meals nearby at small tavernas (one just a short walk) and bought groceries a short drive away without going back into town. Terrace with table, four chairs and drying rack for swimwear is a nice amenity.

Lovely apartments
We enjoyed our stay in these apartments. They are basic but have everything one needs. They have air conditioning and we liked sitting on the balcony enjoying the wonderful view. There are cooking facilities and a large fridge with a freezer. There are some excellent tavernas for eating close by and a small shop in the village. The swimming was good although I was glad I had brought my water shoes for crossing the pebbles. The apartments provided swimming towels and we were given fresh towels and sheets during the week. The staff at these apartments are very helpful. There is a bus that goes into Kalamata although it would be helpful to have a car to explore this beautiful area and its many villages, beaches and tavernas.

Unforgettable sunset
I will remember the an unforgettable sunset from my balcony. The sea view even when you are inside the room and from the other side of the room a wonderful view at the mountain. Quiet and tranquility. Wonderful swim at the beach under the hotel only quests of the hotel.

Peace and quiet in rural seaside Greece
From research we knew this apartment hotel was in a quiet coastal location that we wanted, though finding it in the dark, driving from Kalamata airport in a thunder storm required previous research, confidence and persistence! The building is showing signs of wear and tear. Parking and access are OK. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Apartment was comfortable with good sea view and balcony and facilities enough for the two of us. A bit basic on the decor and facilities but fine if you remember that it's not meant to be a "home from home" - all those differences are what makes a holiday! The beach is 80 steps down to a pebble/stones clearest of waters and lovely swimming without many others around. Sandy beaches are down the coast a bit, e.g. Stoupa. Local shopping was fine and we were able to drive to Sparta, Mystras over the hills, on good roads with spectacular views

Nice hotel in remote area
We stayed at this hotel at the end of our Mani Loop drive on our way to Olympia. The hotel is hard to find as the turn of which is past Kardimili is obscure and unmarked. The hotel shares a drive with 2 others so you need to ask as it is unmarked. The room is clean but beds were very narrow single beds that were uncomfortable, no extra pillow and only bed sheet with no blanket. The views of the sea were spectacular. Ask for a corner room on high floor. Hotel is on a cliff in a beautiful garden setting with private stairs to pebbly beach. Swimming awesome and water super clear and warm. Great price. Few outdoor waterfront restaurants in the area. Small town. Out of the way.

did not stay there
after looking for the establishment for over 2 hours and driving over the mountains from Matamada to Martamilia twice looking for an address with no stret or street Number nor a phone Number on your reservation confirmation we finally found the apollon which turned out to be in a not so great neighborhood with a very long hike down to the beach. My wife did not feel safe staying there so we went another place. We would much appreciate a refund of our Money prepaid because of inaccurate description of the establishment.

Расположение отеля - выше всяких похвал: прямо на возвышении над морем, на некотором расстоянии от дороги. Редкое расположение для этого места, большинство отелей располагаются через дорогу от пляжа. Пляж особо не оборудован, но совершенно изолированный. Специально для отдыха от большого города. Рядом еще 2 пляжа. Встречает и заботится об отдыхающих очень милая и отзывчивая Пенелопа. Отношение к гостям очень внимательное: и с арендой машины помогла и уточняла информацию по ковидным ограничениям.

Der Blick vom Balkon aus himmlisch. Kieselstrand direkt unterhalb der Anlage über Treppen zu erreichen.Küchenausstattung etwas spartanisch.Gegend ruhig aber Restauration und Einkauf fussläufig gut zu erreichen.

Needs some redesign works in the interiors
The location and staff are very good, but they didnt tellus about the hours of picking up the garbagge so we were not confortable with that. Avobe all we would underlainthe old forniture and design of the appartments; a bed in the kitchen, the kitchen stoves that didnt heat enough to maintan the water biling... but well, the views from the terrace were the best of the appartment.

Appartement spacieux avec vue magnifique. Couché de soleil face à la baie vitrée... sublime. Petite plage de galets en bas, l'eau y est translucide! Accueil très agréable. A savoir les lits ne sont pas fait c'est un appartement. Par compte les poubelles sont vidées chaque jour.

Séjour sympa avec accès diect à une plage de galets. Personnel assez sympathique malgré un accueil un peu froid à notre arrivée. Les moins : parfois pas assez de places sur le parking et douche trop étroite.

By the sea but hard to find.
We stayed at this hotel during our Peloponessos tour. The hotel is very hard to find. Even when we found a sign (only from north/Verga)we neededto ask as it is unmarked and we was 50 meters from the place. The room is clean but beds were singlebeds that were uncomfortable, no extra pillow. Old type of greek toiletplumming so we could not throw paper in the closset. The pleace needs restauration. The views of the sea were great.The place is located on a cliff in a beautiful garden setting with private stairs to the beach. Swimming awesome and water super clear and warm but the beach was not comfortable. Great price. Few outdoor waterfront restaurants in the area. Small town. Out of the way. Next time we will choose an other hotel. But the price was ok.

Nicht ganz leicht zu finden, etwa 20 km von Kalamata. Die Besitzerin und ihre Tochter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. 2 Tavernen und ein kleiner Minimarkt in Laufnähe. Die Zimmerausstattung ist alt, aber die Zimmer sind groß. Wlan funktioniert sehr gut.

Le camere sono essenziali ma spaziose, pulite e confortevoli e tutte con aria condizionata con giardino o terrazzo vista mare .La mattina si può fare colazione all'aperto e all'ombra , la sera si può ammirare il tramonto La vista è mozzafiato e la posizione molto comoda, in un villaggio non troppo lontano dalla città di Kalamata. Presente parcheggio privato x la macchina, di fronte l 'ingresso si trova una fermata dell'autobus. Una scala porta in due calette di sassi poste sotto la casa dove l'acqua è trasparente. La proprietaria e tutto il personale è molto gentile e disponibile nel dare informazioni, fidatevi dei consigli di Penelope. Wi - FI funzionante perfettamente e se per caso ci fossero problemi Penelope provvederà a risolvere il problema nel minor tempo possibile. ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Excellent hotel for a quiet break.
The hotel is situated in a quiet location, right on the beach front. To water 50 meters. There is ample Parking on site. Room good, for such price. There is all necessary. In the village (500 metres) there are tavernas and a mini market.
