"When I placed my laptop on the night stand near the window and used the ottoman for my mouse, I noticed a used plastic drink glass laying on the floor next to the bed support. We did not disturb it and just ignored it. I forgot to tell the front desk that it was there. May be the next room cleaners will find it. We did not use the bed that it was next to so we were not bothered by its presence only being there for one night. Otherwise the room was very clean. I just did not want the ones cleaning the room to think that we left it there."

"Nice entrance,very nice front desk staff,even cared to ask wht brought us to knoxville,made us feel welcomed. The room is BIG which is really nice and the bathroom is so spacious and clean! And the showers are nice!"

"There is only 1 car charger on the property for those that have electric vehicles. The hotel is very clean and well kept"

"Staff not prepared for fire alarm. Went off there and everyone was running around, no direction for guests. Mixed messages, only 1-7 floor had evacuation order. Asked cleaning lady where stairs are and she couldn’t speak English. Then elevators out most of day. Front desk doesn’t tell you need to use room key in elevator. "

"Very impressed with this hotel! Nicely decorated, clean and spacious. The room was a generous size with plenty of places to lay all our stuff. Room was clean, bed was comfy. WiFi was not the greatest. Breakfast was hot, selection was great! Located near plenty of shopping and restaurants. "
