"Clean room, nice facility with plenty to do. Rooms were stocked with the basic necessities which was nice. Clean pool towels were convenient throughout the facility. Didn’t care for the check in / parking pass/ time share trick but everything else was great. "

"I booked through Expedia, when i got there, they didn’t have my reservation showing in there end, I had to wait until they put me in the system, after a long day with two kids it was not good check in. The pools were really nice and outside everything was good، but the room was old and not clean and it smelled bad, they don’t come to clean it, honestly as much as I loved Florida, but sleeping in that room made sick. "

"Summer Bay is by far our favorite resort. Staff are amazing - professional, friendly and helpful. Condos are large, comfortable and well equiped. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained "

"Desk staff were nice. Rooms were clean. Maid service every other day. Had to ask the front desk for ice. They filled our ice bucket and also filled our water bottles in the morning before we left for the amusement parks. Hotel was quiet and smelled clean in the hallways. "

"The room was clean and staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. Shuttle times are very limited for Disney park but it is so close that if you decide to Uber it’s inexpensive. There are many places to eat around the hotel that are a 5-7 minute walk. Walmart is also nearby, about à 15 minute walk. The area is overall safe if you do decide to walk to places around the hotel. I am very happy I chose this location. The souvenir store next to the hotel had many affordable options, I recommend shopping there if you’re looking for souvenirs on a budget. "

"We chose this resort because it was dog friendly and had plenty of amenities. It did not disappoint. There is plenty to do without leaving the resort. The building we were in was a little old but close to a pool so that was ok. We wish the mini golf stayed open later. Overall loved it and would stay again. "

"Pros: property was clean and well kept. Nice kitchen. Condo was much more spacious than we expected. Appreciated the screened in patio except the view was of other condos. Complex was pretty quiet at night. Pool and hot tub were nice. Cons: WiFi was terrible, no Smart TV so we couldn’t stream anything. There was a strangely huge bathtub/jacuzzi/shower in the primary bathroom that was outdated. Bathroom fixtures were outdated. Super busy area- good if you’re going to the all the parks I guess. The staff member that checked us in late Friday night was very unenthusiastic and not welcoming, although a daytime staff member was much more pleasant and helpful. "
