"Absolutely stunning hotel, welcomed by staff the moment we arrived and all very friendly- nothing seems like too much trouble. Spa facilities are lovely and the evening meal and lunch we had were amazing. Already looking at a return visit ❤️ Big thanks to Paul. I left 2 bracelets in my bathrobe. These were quickly found and returned to me by post. Thanks for a great visit"

"I booked two nights but only stayed one. The structure borne noise from local nightclubs was so loud I barely slept despite the room being on the fourth floor. Very cheap but it shows. This hotel might be OK for a mid week stay but not a Friday night. I shan't be back."

My family all live in the south so this was my first time being north of the M5, we traveled around a little bit and accidentally happened upon this lovely facility. I am so glad that we did. "Beverley at reception was fabulous, warm welcoming and we couldn’t have asked for a better check in, what a credit to the Hilton. Super clean, comfortable, great amenities. Spa has a good sauna and steam but overall vibe not really very spa like, swimming lessons going on and no sun loungers "
