A spacious room, very clean, plenty of hot water in the bathroom, friendly staff, open 24 hours, this is second time to stay and found out that there’s a bus stop right next to the hotel, all what I needed!

The staff were always courteous, helpful and professional. We found the hotel to be dog friendly and the room still felt spacious with two small dogs. It was an excellent stay and we would choose to stay there again.

Good value friendly hotel

Needed a hotel whilst visiting for a family wedding and this hotel was great base for that. Staff were friendly and room was clean and comfortable.

Best stay at a hotel! Staff all very friendly !

They were very accommodating! Great sleep comfortable bed, friendly staff and the man who stayed up with us till 2am serving us drinks from the bar, Thanyou he was so nice to us all Lovely swim in the pool and breakfast we had a lot of choice Had a wonderful stay Thankyou!!

Good location for where we were visiting. Bed had lumps and was uncomfortable. Website suggested free use of pool but actually it was 10 pounds each per visit. Signs in parking lot also demanded daily parking fee. Reception stated that was what they hoped but parking was actually free. Service in bar was good albeit expensive and pay machine suggested tipping.

We stay here because its convenient as our family lives 5 minutes away. The place could do with a revamp as the rooms are in need of it, the bathroom doors are chiped and look tired. The beds are not very comfortable, they can be lumpy aswell with springs poking in you.

Overall good

Stayed here 6 years ago with the wife and decided to book again for a business trip. Very good and as good as I remember it being. One gripe would be that if you book through hotels.com you don’t get access to the pool area this is at a cost of £10 per use which is quite annoying.
