"Excellent Customer Service!! Mikoh made sure our stay was the absolute best it could be!! I booked one of our rooms through a third-party and will never do that again after having the wonderful experience of working directly with the hotel! Thank you so much, Mikoh and Hilton!!"

"Don't desk staff was friendly. One elevator was broken but wasn't a long wait to get on the operational one. Hair is in tub, no body wash, stains on the towels and sheets. I brought my own anyway so it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast was fine, waffles eggs sausage yogurt coffee and juice. "

"This could be a GREAT hotel! But, its not. The restaurant is only open on weekends, so there is no room service. I can't rate the restaurant (Siri), but I wouldn't expect 5 star. The spa has never been opened in the 5 times I've stayed here since 2017. The ice machines produce moldy bits in their product, so haven't been properly cleaned in years, if ever. I imagine this hotel is only still in business due to its proximity to the AT&T Arlington stadium nearby. They probably are sold out for games, concerts and other events, no doubt with inflated rates. Such a pity.."
