"on arrival the Valet Gordon was amazing. All through our stay he was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel bell staff struggled with the influx as we checked in but got all our luggage to our room once the rooms were ready and even shuttled the luggage for second room from room 1 quickly for the the kids. Dining was great, Cafe and Pool was amazing, The La Terrasse was excellent to sit and watch the world go by as the sun set on our Castle adventure as the grandkids called it. "

"Great option for a family in the center of Ottawa! For those of you not familiar with Sonder, it is a self serve hotel concept (think AirBnB hotel) that typically offers larger rooms with a kitchenette. We have found that Sonder is a great option when traveling as a family. The rooms was clean, comfortable and convenient. "

One thing I would like to mention is inconvenience of not having an accessible room with two queen beds only with one king bed. This is very specific situation and doesn't take away all the positive feedback about the hotel. The restaurant onsite was really good with breakfast menu. We didn't try the dinner but the menu looked very good "
