"Poor quality, certainly not luxury as described. Poor communication, property double booked with another couple who were not only outside trying to get in when we turned up, but later tried to get in to the apartment when we were in it. No hot water, but received a text in the morning to say switch is in kitchen by the boiler. Don’t be fooled by the good pictures "

"The property was stone cold on arrival- it took hours to warm up. There is no wifi (admitted it was not advertised) but what place doesnt have wifi these days? The television as advertised (in their own words "is for use with external devices such as streaming sticks or gaming consoles rather than standard cable or smart tv features). I booked there for 4 nights and couldnt watch any tv Be warned, its not worth staying at this place, customer service is appaling!"
