"Club lounge good. Good breakfast and service there. Room good. Location as promised. Good. Service at front desk and spa a little underwhelming. Only one functioning elevator meant longer waits sometimes. €60 euro Spa fee for pool use by my guests, a source of irritation. Didn’t like this nor the way it was handled by the staff. I’d call it an okay 4 star experience. Definitely not 5 star. Value was okay. Probably wouldn’t rush back here, being honest."

"Modern upscale hotel with tasteful room decor, comfortable, great attention to room details, plenty of lighting, power outlets, and complimentary water and in room coffee. The staff was very helpful with the checking and checkout processes. Didn’t have time to explore the neighborhood but I’ve heard had delicious ethnic food and shopping."

"I reached out to the hotel both by email and phone before my stay to confirm that the air conditioning was working, and I was assured that it was. Unfortunately, when I arrived, not only was the AC not functioning properly, but it was also extremely loud. To make matters worse, the pool was closed as well. This was very disappointing, especially since I relied on the information provided before booking. I felt misled. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re comfortable dealing with uncomfortable room conditions."

"Room wasn’t as clean as I’d have liked - hairs in the shower and sink on arrival. I stayed in one of the old rooms (not the newly renovated ones) so the decor was dated but acceptable. The hotel has major renovations work going on so the hallways are dusty and the construction noise is very loud. You have to pay an extra EUR 15 per person per day to use the sauna. Security guard assisted me with a sticky door then accessed my personal details (I didn’t give these) and added me on Facebook. Lobby smells strongly of cigarette smoke due to smoking room at the front of the hotel. Breakfast was EUR 39.50 for one person per day which is one of the most expensive I’ve seen globally. Bed was comfortable and proximity to local transport was great. "
