Great location! The breakfast was very nice!

Everybody was very friendly and my family had a great time!

Such a wonderful place of character. Helpful staff. Great breakfasts.

Wonderful hotel with very comfortable rooms and fantastic staff. The only drawback is that it is about 8 km away from the city with limited surrounding amenities. However, with Uber, it’s easy to get around.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite starting with pick up from the airport. The food is excellent, particularly breakfast in the waterside cafe. The Italian restaurant La Cucina is very good and reasonably priced. I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Kolkata.

Once again stayed at Kenilworth Hotel in Kolkata. Staff are excellent and dining room has good breakfast for starting the day to explore all that this vibrant city has to offer. Location is excellent starting point to get to all locations with a short walk to Victoria Memorial. Finish the day off with a cold beer at the hotel's Big Ben Pub and be served by Arpan a young man with excellent customer skills an asset to this Pub. Try the cookies from the bakery that are complimentary in your room...

Great location and very well maintained

Whilst staying at the hotel i became very sick. The staff where amazing. They organised a doctor who came to the hotel. They also extended our check out time for no extra cost so i could rest before my flight. Thanks to all the staff for an amazing experience despite my condition.

I really loved the personalised service provided by the owner as it is a family owned hotel and they go above and beyond to make you feel like you're at home. Nice food for breakfast, the owner even took us into the city and assisted us during our stay. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and air conditioned. It was a nicely located property and a very friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here only during my future trips. They also accomodated a late...
