"Upon room acquisition we discovered our toilet wasn't operating properly. As there were 5 of us and we were booked for multiple nights, we felt this needed to be addressed promptly. Long story short, the staff kept passing blame and giving excuses as to why it was never fixed and on our last night finally offered to comp our stay and move us to another room. No manager ever reached out to us nor were they ever available for us to communicate our concerns. This resulted in them charging me again for a room I'd paid for in advance and trying to pass it off as a refunded charge. Will never set foot in their building again and caution others to steer clear of this establishment."
