"We reached out to the Hotel prior to our arrival for assistance in securing a dining reservation Brian was extremely helpful in making this happen Once we arrived and checked out the property we inquired about adding on an additional nights stay. The front desk worked there magic and we ended up staying an additional evening Kennebunkport is truly a magical raft coast Summer town destination, a must see stop along an easy coast road trip. Good for the soul, fresh salt air and sea views, along with plenty of lobster and seafood"

"The house was perfect for our needs (except for the fact that it was really hot, and the house doesn't have central AC, which we knew about beforehand, so it wasn't a surprise or a disappointment). Lawrence was incredibly responsive; whenever we had a question or expressed a need (like extra towels), Andy immediately came over to solve the problem. In all my years of vacation rentals, I've never had such a responsible, responsive, gracious host. Our grandchildren spent hours and hours every day in the heated pool, which was wonderful, and the beach was very close when they wanted to jump waves. The location of the house is terrific--it's close to everything we wanted to do. It's kind of "funky," with interesting art work, and we enjoyed learning about its history. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, which we did every night except one. The winding staircase would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues, but our grandchildren (and our cat) loved it!"

"The room was very clean and we loved the kitchenette. Parking was easy and felt secure. We couldnt get the TV to work it kept saying no signal, but we didnt call the office because it wasnt a huge priority. Staff were friendly.. when I called to confirm they seemed a little disorganized, I think there system was down. Dont judge a book by the cover type of place.. the room was much nicer than we thought by the look of the place so very pleased overall."

"Very nice - if cozy rooms in a great location for me. I was traveling for business and this property is much more geared towards Summer tourist as it is on the ME coast - but the price was great for the area so I booked it. Staff was very friendly and room was very clean and in great condition. Nice hot water for shower was also appreciated. My only complaint was that my room had a door connecting to the adjacent room and even with the door closed I could a lot of what was going on next door - better sound isolation would have been nice."

"This property was lovely in many ways - it was set privately in a nice neighborhood. The home did have a well equipped kitchen, however you would need to bring all your spices, trash bags, napkins, etc. I feel these essentials would help a guest. The ice makers do not operate, so bring plenty of ice. The king suite is amazing - the other bedrooms are very basic. We had to purchase hangers as there were wire hangers and not many in the closets. I would recommend adding comfort to these other bedrooms, especially if you are sharing with another family (pillows, etc.). Also, we had to bring beach towels and beach chairs. The host was very accessible and friendly."

"This house was perfect for our group of five. It was clean with lots of amenities. Outside space was very relaxing. Close to Drakes Island Beach and lots of restaurants. Our host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return."

"Amazing, spacious, super clean and well-maintained beach-front home. House had great amenities, with direct access to your own gorgeous and clean beach with views from nearly every window. The screens in the windows are great so you can open the windows and listen to the ocean all night and keep bugs away. The beach itself was pristine! No seaweed, gorgeous light and soft sand, not rocky like many beaches you find in Maine or on the Cape. Owners are super responsive and helpful with recommendations for dining an activities. 10/10 stay, we can’t wait to come back again soon!"
