"The home was in an exceptionally quiet neighborhood and very relaxing. We stayed in for a few meals and found the kitchen very well equipped for our needs. The rooms of the home were very nice sized with 2 bedrooms. We thought that the infant crib was a really nice touch for a young family that may be traveling. The home served well as home base for us, as we took day trips to several lighthouses, rocky shores and towns of Kennebunkport and Portland. Hot tub was wonderful to return to after a long day of walking. Owner of the home was very quick to respond to the few questions that we had. We really enjoyed our stay."

"We had a lovely stay here, the view was gorgeous and getting to sit outside with a cup of coffee looking out onto the water was special. It’s very kid friendly - our son was able to run around watching boats, throwing rocks, looking for shells on the waterfront. It’s simple, beautiful, clean with great everything you could want. "

"Despite having charming photos and even looking "nice" inside; our trip here was a nightmare from start to finish. First, the electronic lock on the door wasnt functioning and we were stuck out in the dark waiting for vacasa to give us access via a hide a key. However, even that key didn't work well and kept getting stuck in the door. One appeal of this property was it's "dog friendly" policy. This enabled us to bring our dog (great right?l. Not really. My friend spent the first evening wiping urine off the baseboards left by a previous tenant. We called property management and they said they would notify the property manager about the urine on the walls and the leaking air conditioner. Yes, the AC couldn't be used without creating water damage on the furniture below it so we opted to keep it off. We really thought our problems would be resolved, but they were not. Our final straw was when we discovered the powerful odor of human urine in the shower. Absolutely foul. Best part? Leaving."
