"Clean room, spacious place for 2 adults and 3 kids. Delicious fresh fruits on breakfast. Great springs pools with different temperatures. Only one con is a very crowded during the weekend. The staff allow day pass, probably that is the reason"

"It was just extremely dated it looked like the Flintstones designed and decorated it. The pool could be nicer and better tbh, however the view was incredible!! I also believe they can have a nicer and indoor breakfast area; especially because it rains a lot and it was wet and out in the open. "

"Breakfast buffet was not good. Food was always cold except when they cooked the omelet for us. That should be available more often. Dinner and drinks were not impressive. Our waiter was fun and always remembered our names. Don't pay for the Puma Trek/VIP pass like we did at reception. Found out later that people staying can do the hike for free. Rooms had a great view and the location was great. Parking was always avaliable and easy. I did enjoy our stay loved the decor. All the staff members were pleasant and helpful."

"Everyone was so welcoming, they are very organized. Love that they have somewhere that books activities and transportation so it’s easy to get around. Food was a 10/10. I used the spa during my stay and the massage was a 10/10. Everything was amazing! "

"The hotel reception staff was very friendly & helpful. The grounds are beautifully planted and well-maintained - lots of birds! Breakfast was substantial with good choices. Room was clean and spacious. For those driving, there’s ample parking. The trail in back is fine, but a bit overgrown & insect repellent is required, but nice walk."
