"Exemplary staff! There was a huge snowstorm and one of the desk clerks came out and helped clear the foot of snow off my car! I thought that was amazing! The elevator was out of order and one of the housekeeping staff carried my heavy suitcase down to the lobby from the third floor without being asked. Wow!"

"We always stay here when visiting! Great location, close to everything. They’re extremely dog friendly and are always so welcoming. They even come out to love on our pup or say hi, remembering her name. "

"Super bummed the hot tub wasn’t in working order. We chose this location due to our destination being on this side of town. Upon check-in, we were informed the hot tub was down. She of course apologized, and I’m sure it was out of her control, but no where on the site does it state the hot tub is down. I certainly would have found a different location to stay. I have mobility issues due to double knee replacement and a hot tub is part of my therapy. Overall our stay was fine, but the number 1 item o needed wasn’t accessible."

"The staff was absolutely amazing! Friendly, helpful and courteous. The pool was clean, hit tub was warm, not really hot. The room for the most part was clean. The overall hotel, room, hallways, stairs need to be thoroughly vacuumed. The elevator was very dirty. I know they are doing some painting and maybe the new GM ( which was very very nice to talk to) will have it cleaned up. "
