"Basically no reception, no one at hotel at all, and a message was meant to be sent to me with my room number, or code to get the key, which was not sent. So it took me like 3 hours to finally work out how to call them, as there were multiple numbers on a small bit of paper to call. I almost gave up. Clean small room and comfortable, and good location, you can get to Strasborg centre on D5 tram easily, nice walks and river close by. They just need to improve how to access your room.... "

"Traveling solo, I just needed a clean and comfortable room close to Strasbourg at Christmas. Strasbourg hotels were expensive at that time and Hotel Rosengarten was the perfect solution. I took the train to and from Strasbourg but there was also light rail, taxis, and ride share available. Dimitri was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My room was small but it was just for me. I did not see inside any other rooms. It was quiet and in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. No elevator but if you’re on the top floor, it’s just two flights of stairs. The park across the street was beautiful and shopping is nearby. "
