Ok hotel in Kehl

Good location in Kehl with good comminucation to Strasbourg. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was not the best but it was coffie and breed. The check out time was after the breakfast with was a little bit to early.

No reception, even at 4pm so checkout very tricky

Basically no reception, no one at hotel at all, and a message was meant to be sent to me with my room number, or code to get the key, which was not sent. So it took me like 3 hours to finally work out how to call them, as there were multiple numbers on a small bit of paper to call. I almost gave up. Clean small room and comfortable, and good location, you can get to Strasborg centre on D5 tram easily, nice walks and river close by. They just need to improve how to access your room....

Good basic lodging and less expensive option than staying right in Strasbourg. This hotel is just over the bridge and is a 10 minute, easy, and cheap tram ride to the center of Strasbourg.

It's only about a 15-minute walk from the train station and an even shorter walk if you take the tram D from Strasbourg Train Station. The breakfast is adequate, but. not stunning.

This is a quaint property and the room was pretty big. It has it's own lot for parking and the hotel is close to center of Kehl. It is walkable to the center where you can catch a tram to Strasbourg if you would like. We never saw a person working the front desk. There was a note on the lobby door for check in that said key is in the room, and then when checking out we just left the key in a bowl full of keys. Not really bad, but was just not used to this.

Je ne recommande pas cet hotel , le prix ne correspond pas aux services proposés. Il n y avait personne pour nous accueillir , un keybox qui ne fonctionne pas , nous avions reserve une chambre pour trois et elle n etait pas disponible, du coup on a eu 2 chambres separe dont une sans eau chaude. C est tres bruyant dans les couloirs surement mal insonorisées, seul point positif la literie . En resume c est trop cher.

Wie dieses Hotel die Zufriedenheit mit mehr als einen Stern erreicht, ist unerklärlich und ist ein reiner Fake. Alles dreckig, im Zimmer sollte man sich nicht schnell bewegen da es staubt. Ungeziefer in großer Vielzahl vorhanden. Mobiliar ist wohl beim Sperrmüll eingesammelt worden, einfach fürchterlich und ekelhaft! Es wäre dem Vermittler Hotels.com zu empfehlen, diese Unterkunft aus dem Angebot zu nehmen.

Kein Biergarten vorhanden. Einfaches Hotel Preis Leistung super, 5 min von Strassenbahn Kehl nach Strassburg gelegen. Parkplatz bei Hotel. Einkauf, Restaurant, Fluss in 5 min zu Fuss erreichbar.

Bei Einfahrt in den Hof wurden wir höchst pampig empfangen - von der (nicht deutschstämmigen) Chefin bzw. Geschäftsführerin, die weder zuvor gegrüßt noch sich vorgestellt hatte, sondern unwirsch die uns natürlich unbekannte Parksituation lautstark erklärte, wo wir gerade uns orientieren wollten, um einzuchecken. Das Zimmer sehr eng, ohne Gardine und Teppich, Dusch-Vorleger mit gelben Flecken, Duschstangenhalter kam uns aus der Wand entgegen. 2 Handtuchstangen für 4 Handtücher, keine Haken - Klopapierrolle ohne Halter am Fußboden. Niedriger Minikühlschrank am Fußboden nur im Bücken zu öffnen, Zweibettzimmer mit 1 Stuhl am Tisch! Auch am letzten Frühstücksmorgen von der Chefin immer noch weit und breit nichts zu sehen: keinerlei Rechnung oder Quittung der per Kreditkarte bezahlten Rechnung war vorbereitet - die unfreundliche, schlecht Deutsch sprechende Bedienerin mußte tel. nachfragen: man sagte ihr, ich solle eine E-mail-Adresse angeben die aber eigentlich bereits durch die Buchung bekannt war; Visitenkarte hinterlassen mit hschr. Zusatz (Quttung für Finanzamt notwendig, da Geschäftsreise). 2 Tage danach, heute, noch immer keine Quittung per Mail erhalten! Nie wieder werde ich dieses Haus betreten, wo auch nachts die Eingangstür ständig offen steht, der Gast aber keinen Hausschlüssel erhielt.

Bon hôtel, proche de Strasbourg.

Pour visiter les marchés de Noël à Strasbourg, l’hôtel se trouve à 1/2 heure de Tram du centre ville (5 mn de l’hôtel au tram). L'équipement de la chambre est minimaliste mais propre et le petit déjeuner est simple mais correct. L'accueil est agréable.

Die Bilder in der Hotelbeschreibung entsprechen absolut nicht dem was vorgefunden wurde! Die Ausstattung unseres Zimmers war absolut katastrophal. Die Möbel waren total veraltet und abgenutzt. Sobald man sich im Bett bewegt hat, hat das ganze Bett geknarzt und gekracht. Die Matratzen waren absolute Katastrophe und durchgelegen. Wir haben in der Nacht kaum schlafen können. Dies sowohl aufgrund der schlechten Matratzen, als auch der Bettdecke, die kaum ausgereicht hat, sich zuzudecken (zu kurz und sehr dünn). Die Bettbezüge waren kaputt. Das Bad war so kalt (ohne Heizung), dass man seinen Atem sehen konnte. Wir waren im November Ort. Es hat nach Nikotin und Schimmel gerochen, obwohl es ein Nichtraucherzimmer war. Keine Rauchmelder vorhanden. Die Wände und der Teppichboden waren heruntergekommen und teilweise kaputt. Insgesamt war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Wir haben die Nachbarn auf der Toilette hören können. Bei Ankunft wollte uns die Dame an der Rezeption das Frühstück für 5€/Person aufbrummen, dabei haben wir inkl. Frühstück gebucht. Auch im Zimmer wird durch eine Information hingewiesen, dass das Frühstück inklusive ist. Am nächsten Morgen sind wir einfach zum Frühstück ohne die Zusatzkosten zu bezahlen. Davon wollte auch keiner mehr etwas wissen. Das Frühstück war ok. Kaffee aus einem Vollautomat, Brötchen, Toast und Hefezopf. Dazu Butter, Marmelade und Nutella oder auch Wurst und Käse, gekochte Eier und Obst sowie Saft und Milch. WLAN vorhanden. Keine 80€ wert!

Bei unserer Ankunft gegen 11:10 Uhr war unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig (der check-in sollte ab 11 Uhr möglich sein). Uns wurde von der Frau an der Rezeption auf deutsch gesagt, dass das Zimmer noch zuende gereinigt werden müsse. Kurze Zeit später konnten wir unser Zimmer beziehen. Im Badezimmer und im Schlafzimmer herrschte ein beißender Geruch nach Desinfektionsmitteln/Reinigungsmitteln. Wir fanden einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer vor. Als wir den Kühlschrank öffneten, um in diesem Lebensmittel kalt zu stellen, krabbelten uns zwei Käfer entgegen. Bevor wir das Hotel verließen, um in die Stadt zu gehen, meldeten wir den Vorfall an der Rezeption. Auf einmal tat die Frau an der Rezeption so, als wenn sie kein deutsch verstehe. Ich schilderte ihr daraufhin den Vorfall auf englisch. Insgesamt befand sich sowohl das Zimmer, als auch das Badezimmer und der Balkon in einem ungepflegten und schmutzigen Zustand. Badezimmer: Die Deckenlampe und der Heizkörper im Badezimmer waren verschmutzt und verrostet. Die Toilette war nicht gründlich geputzt und der Toilettendeckel war deutlich beschädigt. Zimmer: Wie bereits erwähnt, fanden wir zwei lebende Käfer im Kühlschrank vor. Das Zimmer war nicht mit einen Brandmelder/Rauchmelder ausgestattet. Balkon: Der Balkon war völlig verdreckt/verschmutzt. Die Stühle und der Tisch waren ebenfalls schmutzig. Den Balkon konnten wir so nicht nutzen.

Absolut Schrecklich

Also das Hotel, wenn man es denn Früher mal so bezeichnen konnte war total Heruntergekommen. Die Hydiene und Sauberkeit war abhandengekommen. Das Zimmer hatte von Schimmel, Spinnenweben, Staub auch noch Ungeziefer wovon die Fliegen noch das Harmloseste war. Das Schlimmste waren die Krabbeltierchen im und ims Bett.
