"The room was very peaceful & nice and Fadi at the reception was very helpful and friendly. All the staff members made me feel welcome and this is the only Hotel I have ever stayed in that has a huge Lounge that is very beautiful where free coffee and sweets are offered!"

"The hotel is clean and nicely decorated with tasteful artwork and nice furniture in good condition. The rooftop bar is a nice addition, and the small plates prepared by the new chef were outstanding. The staff at the front desk were attentive and very helpful. The wine bar and lounge area were also very pleasant. The neighborhood is great with lots of cafes and shops. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station, and it is a short walk to the cathedral and other tourist attractions."

"Great service and location. Good access to the tram into the old town. Staff very helpful. Parking was secure and easy to access. Lack of air conditioning meant the rooms was quite warm. Fresh juicing oranges was great otherwise the breakfast was only ok."
