"Being from the US we didn’t know how to get to and from the train stations. We walked a very long way around the first time. The second we took a taxi. The third time a taxi driver told us we could connect to the hotel from the train station with a very short walk and go through the tunnel. Would have been nice to know from the staff. "The property is brand new so some listed amenities like laundry weren’t installed yet. Having a kitchen and 3 grocery stores near by, transportation to downtown and a bike rental station nearby was great. We rode the bikes every day through the English Garden into the city. It was a quick, easy inexpensive way to get around. Rooms were on the warm side and I couldn’t find a source of air so open window a lot but not child safe. "
