Quiet location but close to the nearest Ubahn station, only a few mins from there into the city. Supermarkets for provisions just a short walk away. Second time we’ve stayed there for the Oktoberfest, would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was clean, new, modern and had a very efficient kitchenette with everything you could want. The check in process went smoothly. I arrived on a Sunday and was able to get a nice dinner at Dean and David's right nearby. I arrived by public transportation and that was a little bit more of a walk than I would have liked. I also found that because there were times when there were no actual humans working, it was a bit eerie. I would have appreciated a human at the front desk 24/7 just to make it feel a bit safer and more welcoming.

This was a nice clean apartment with good air con It was about 7 or 8 mins walk to the U-Bahn stop where there is a big Aldi Remote check-in was easy and there is someone on the desk till 4 Furnishing is slightly spartan and skandi-style - but overall near perfect

Room was large and comfortable. The small kitchen was useful. Service was not frequent enough (only once in my 11 days stay). The reception has a person to talk too only a few hours each day. The location is just outside the interesting areas of Munich. It is formally Schwabing, but too far north, so no restaurants or bars around.

I stayed at these hotel apartments and was very happy with the experience overall. The apartment was spacious, just like in the pictures, and had everything I needed for a comfortable long stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking very convenient. The location is relatively good—about 20 minutes to the city center including walking. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, even though it’s close to a main street. The only downside is that the underground station is about a 10-minute walk away. Communication could be improved since there’s no reception and everything is handled through WhatsApp. I had trouble getting extra pillows and only managed to get them after asking one of the cleaners. Also, the AC wasn’t working properly during my stay. Despite that, I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend this hotel for anyone planning a longer stay in Munich.
