The property was great, close to the metro and near several big supermarkets. On site laundry was great (works through an app and adds detergent automatically which was handy)

This was a terrible experience. We had two rooms that smelled HORRIBLE and were dirty. The hair dryer did not work. When I reached out, the management team did not actually solve any of the problems.

this was a work trip. we booked 3 rooms for 5 nights. all 3 rooms heater was not working except the room in the bathroom. It was end Nov and temp was 2 deg c outside. text them about the non heater but no follow up.

Unterkunft ist in einem guten Zustand und die kleine Küche ist sehr angenehm. Es wurde aber azs dem Zimmer ein Sessel entfernt und sie Kleider in achtlos in den Rucksack gesteckt ohne etwas zu sagen, eine Rückfrage beim Anbieter blieb auch erfolglos. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut im Zentrum und die U Bahn ist auch Top zu Fuß erreichbar.

Kein Bild, kein Ton, keine Nachtruhe

Schon das Einchecken war mühsam. Da die Verifizierung per Kreditkarte - warum auch immer - nicht geklappt hat, forderte die Unterkunft tatsächlich einen handgeschriebenen Zettel mit allen möglichen Daten als Foto oder Scan. Dafür hat mit dem Zugangscode alles prima geklappt. Das Zimmer Nr. 107 war auf den ersten Blick wunderschön und stylisch mit über drei Meter hohen Decken. Die haben aber auch Nachteile, denn an das riesige, gründlich eingestaubte Spinnweben gleich neben der Lampe im Eingangsbereich kommt man nicht heran. Das zugehörige Tier befand sich über dem Fenster, ebenfalls in unerreichbarer Höhe – zum Glück ein recht harmloses Exemplar. Trotzdem: Sorry Leute, ich bin selbst Vermieter einer Ferienwohnung, und das ist ein absolutes No-Go für die Gäste. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Dafür fehlt eine Duschabtrennung und das Waschbecken wirkt irgendwie versypht. Der größte Nachteil aber ist die Hellhörigkeit: Das Paar im Nebenzimmer war sehr ausdauernd. Die Geräusche mit dem Fernseher zu übertönen, war unmöglich: Das Antennenkabel war herausgerissen und auch nach dem Wiederanschluss kein Sender zu bekommen, weder digital noch per Kabel oder Satellit. Offenbar hatte ein Gast hier ganze Arbeit geleistet, um den Apparat von Grund auf zu verstellen. Mangels Rezeption gab es natürlich keine Abhilfe. Statt DFB-Länderspiel also Porno für die Ohren. Schade, denn die Lage ist gut, und es könnte eine perfekte Unterkunft sein.
