"Right next to the subway I need. My 2nd time staying at this location or the hotel next door. Would absolutely recommend either and will definitely stay again. Paid parking on Bergen Ave (3 min walk from hotel if that). "

"The front desk staff was WONDERFUL. My elderly mother was on vacation and fell ill. She was hospitalized and needed to spend an extra night in NY and I booked this room on short notice. She was released from the hospital and I contacted the front desk to see if she could be allowed an early check in and using discretion they prioritized her a ability to get into the first room they had available. I can’t thank the front desk staff enough for the accommodations they made for my mom. This experience will make me prioritize both my personal and professional travel. Many thanks. "

"Beautiful hotel, great pool, gym space interesting, clean room, beautiful shower. Very comfortable beds. The only point that is negative is the attitude of the staff. When we cross them, speak to them, THEY NEVER SMILE AND TURN THEIR HEAD AWAY INTENSIONALY. It is a lack of respect."
