"This stay was just one night. It was just ok, but you can expect more from a 4* property. Supposedly clean rooms, however when you look more thoroughly you'd see a lot of dirtiness (air con was plagued with fungus and full of dust, same goes with lamp tops in the rooms and bathroom). The worst experience, however, was the breakfast - not only the food was bad and cold, there was no butter at all, the tea from the machine squirted a dirty brown water instead of tea... The carpet in the breakfast...

I walked to a Zibo BBQ place with live entertainment and was able to experience the local culture and cuisine within a short amount of time. Hotel room was quiet and comfortable. Everything was perfect witj my stay. I highly recommend. "

"It is generally ok except the unprofessional front desk service. When I checked in around 10m late night, I was asked 2-3 times which companies I was from, I replied just check name but the front desk kept asking, which was a bad experience. In addition, the staff who served check-in had no name tag. When I asked is there any chance I can get updated on high floor lake view. The reply was: no, you must stay the room you booked.
