The Space:

Living Space: Enjoy comfort across each of the multiple living areas in my home. From the thoughtfully designed living room to the cozy lounge with its pool table and board games for the family, every corner is designed for relaxation. Sink into plush seating, indulge in a movie night, or simply admire the serene treetop views from large windows. Furry friends are welcome for a fee of $100 per pet.



Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a delicious meal. With stainless steel appliances and generous counter space overlooking the dining room, you can prepare meals while being part of the fun. From morning coffee to evening feasts, this kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures.



Outdoor Space: Relax on any deck of your choosing and enjoy the stunning tree-top views. Grill up a dinner, dine alfresco, or unwind in the hot tub. Soak up the peaceful surroundings or star gazing from the comfortable outdoor seating - the perfect ending to your day.



Bedrooms: The Knoll comfortably accommodates 22 guests across seven bedrooms with premium mattresses and high-quality bedding. There are two bedrooms on the entry level, one bedroom on the downstairs level, and four bedrooms on the upstairs level.



Parking: You can fit about 4 vehicles in the driveway. There are also 2 garage spaces for a total of 6 vehicle spaces. You can also park additional cars along the street, but it is not recommended due to the shoulder of the road being grass.

All my homes are accessible via smart lock, you will receive details prior to check in.
