"We checked in to find our reservation had been lost, along with four other groups, and that there would be no breakfast. While the owner offered a 15% discount we were still charged the full price. We were never given the front door code and the staff member on site disappeared shortly after we arrived. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but we didn’t sleep well due to a cacophony of frogs that had overtaken the unused and unkempt pool under our window. I think there is a staffing tranistion going on and there is a lot of potential. A beautiful home, great location but a little unkempt and a lack of attention. "

"Clean enough ( one window still dusty but that kinda thing it's huge to if the rest is clean) and very comfortable bed good price and great location. Our room had cracked miss matched tiles on the bathroom floor and oddly patched up door trim would have been easier to just replace the one board and look better. We felt safe and great restaurant down the stairs ( Base Camp) get a discount with you room key. Ice cream next door for dessert is great too. We could the lake and mountain from the window if you looked at an angle wich was very nice too."

"I really would not stay anywhere else when I visit Harrison again. Actually, I would even recommend this location if you are visiting Agassiz or Sasquatch National Park. The Lily Pad was a perfect size for two people. It is fully stocked kitchen-wise. My son loved the view of the creek with ducks and geese and the awesome tree swing. We saw nearby guests enjoying the hot tub (we did not have time but we saw there were robes and beach towels provided). The grounds are such that you have privacy even if you are sitting on your porch. We will be back for sure. "

"We had a very enjoyable stay at the Harrison Grant Hotel. The staff were welcoming and kindly arranged a second-floor room with a partial lake view. Both the room and bathroom were clean, and we appreciated the convenience of having a kettle, microwave, and fridge. The air conditioning/heating unit was a bit noisy, so we chose to turn it off, which didn’t affect our overall comfort. The location is excellent—very close to the water and in a quiet setting, which made the stay even more relaxing."

"This is a beautiful location. We stayed in one of the Suites and while i give a 5/5 for cleanliness and the overall grounds I have to say I was disappointed by a few things. We were on a bottom floor suite with people above us who lef their dog in the room early in the morning and it howled and howled waking us up. While this isn't a hotel issue i did text asking if the owners could be contacted to come back and get their dog. At the same time I asked if it was possible to get some extra towels. The response was a thumbs up. Thats it. Towels showed up like 7-8 hours later and unsure how long the dog howled for as we got up and went into town for coffee. Anyway, the property itself is absolutely stunning and we would give it a 2nd stay just based on that but it was disappointing that our 2 small issues could'nt be resolved quickly. "
