"Staff was rude, I asked about pool and she said it’s closed. I said oh no and she rudely said well you can stay somewhere else!! Do you want room or not!!! If it wasn’t late and I wasn’t so tired I may have went elsewhere! Our room was a good size and roomy. "

We did have one major issue with sewage coming up through the shower drain. We called the front desk and they got us moved to a new room right away. "
